Happy Saturday everyone!
I think we're expecting a really NICE day today - in the 70s - which is just about perfect, as far as I'm concerned. We've had such terrible winds here the past couple of weeks, hopefully they've died down. I did get a little too much sun yesterday while driving - can't keep it out of the car - and even tho I wore long sleeves, still got "hit" a little by sun, which started the "itching" of the "sunburn reaction" I had again. Not bad - just can feel it starting. Will stay inside today and away from the sun.
I'm glad we don't have the "gnatty" problem some of you guys are having now. Heaven knows we have other "flying critters" like yellow jackets.
We had a pretty good night last night - I slept better than I've slept for months - and the kids let me "sleep in" until 5:45! Think I'll call the Pope and have it declared a miracle! For some reason Lottie decided to sleep in the living room - so I just had Chloe and Saddie in bed with me. Strangely enough, I missed Lottie - she's turned into a little "snuggle bum" and sleeps next to my head - sometimes even ON TOP of it. If I have to get up she sneaks onto my PILLOW.
Nothing exciting planned here today - think I'll "vegetate" and perhaps try to wash all the doggie bedding - it's been a while since I did that. I need to break down a bunch of boxes and put them out and if I have any "get up and go" left after that, am PLANNING to steam clean the carpeting at least in the living room - since I have to do it in "sections" it'll take a couple of days to do the living room and dining room. I should try to use the weed-eater and chop down the forest in the front yard - but that will have to wait until the yard is shady. I don't want to get in the sun any more than necessary, since apparently I'm still a little "photo-sensitive" from that antibiotic I took last month.
The "kids" have all had their breakfast and are now down for their early morning naps. Such a difficult life they haveimage! Don't you feel sorry for them?
We hope you all have a wonderful week-end - if you're traveling this week-end, please stay safe! The traffic here yesterday when I came home from work was terrible - so drive carefully and come home safely to us!
Big hugs and lots of puppy kisses to all,
Glenda, Princess, Romeo, Chloe, JoJo, Tanna, Lottie, Joe, Jack, Bella, Angel & Saddie
