I agree, time for a second opinion. It doesn't sound like they are really doing much to help. I'm glad to hear your daughter's a/c was just froze up. We had that happen a few times and that's what we did too, turn it off and let it thaw out. It felt so good to sleep with it cool last night. The new system seems to work good. The air actually smells cleaner and it doesn't even stay on very long. Before it would take an hour to drop a couple degrees, now it's a matter of minutes. I'm really looking to finding if our electric bill will be lower. This afternoon we have hair cuts and nothing else planned. I guess we'll figure that out when the time comes.
